Responsibility
- Lead and manage all accounting and tax compliance activities in accordance with PSAK.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and oversee tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards, and ensure company compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Indonesia or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Brevet A, B & C certifications are required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
