Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with QuickBooks or SAP is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
