Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and input payroll data, including hours worked, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to HR and finance teams for review.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or inquiries from employees promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related financial reports.
- Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR to update employee records, such as promotions, terminations, or leave adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
