Responsibility
- Lead and execute assurance engagements in accordance with professional standards and firm methodologies.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.
- Identify and assess financial risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit or assurance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and audit software; experience with ACL, IDEA, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
