Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and optimization of packaging machinery and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with GMP/ISO standards.
- Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions in packaging operations to improve accuracy and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for packaging-related deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Production, R&D) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, and validation reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance packaging line performance.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of packaging equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Stay updated on industry trends in pharmaceutical packaging and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with coursework or projects in manufacturing, automation, or packaging systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO standards in pharmaceutical/medical device industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
