Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering professional advice on medication usage, side effects, and general health inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering, monitoring expiration dates, and maintaining adequate supply levels.
- Drive sales and achieve pharmacy targets by promoting health products, supplements, and over-the-counter medications.
- Mentor and train junior pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Participate in community health initiatives, such as health screenings, vaccination drives, and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Provisional registration as a pharmacist with the relevant Indonesian pharmacy board (e.g., Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia).
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and dosage guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in customer service or sales within a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
