Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as needed, and ensure optimal results with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, products, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless patient experiences and high standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Uphold clinic policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of practice.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with full registration to practice in Indonesia.
- Valid medical license and professional indemnity insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for those with experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
- Certification or training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and ethical aesthetic treatments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
