Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing pharmaceutical products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries about medications, skincare products, and general health advice.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of all pharmacy activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of medications.
- Support the preparation of compounded medications and skincare formulations under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as educating customers about NMW Skincare products and their benefits.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical terminology, medication types, and basic skincare knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
