Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Manage patient appointments, check-ins, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Handle front-desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information in compliance with clinic policies.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with suppliers for dental materials and equipment procurement.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting clinic services and patient referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certification in dental assisting or relevant training (e.g., radiology, infection control).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and sterilization protocols.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
