Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including skincare consultations and product recommendations.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing pharmacy storage.
- Process and verify prescription orders, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and patient interactions.
- Educate customers on proper medication usage, side effects, and skincare routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, retail, or customer service role (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, skincare, and over-the-counter medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
