Responsibility
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to pharmacy visitors, addressing inquiries about products, health concerns, and general assistance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Assist pharmacists in managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are organized and easily accessible for customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and health supplements, providing recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmacy or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a pharmacy setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Russian) are advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of health products, medications, or supplements is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Proficient in using POS systems, basic computer skills, and comfortable with handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the pharmacy’s operating hours.
