Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers to educate medical staff, demonstrate product benefits, and build long-term partnerships. Your expertise will empower individuals with physical challenges to regain confidence and functionality.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, rehab centers) to promote prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and medical education sessions for doctors, physiotherapists, and patients to highlight the benefits of Orthocare’s products.
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate prosthetic/orthotic devices in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals with institutions and individual clients.
- Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products to position Orthocare as a market leader.
- Document sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights in CRM systems for reporting and strategy refinement.
- Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and community outreach programs to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong passion may apply).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, relationship building, and achieving targets in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of prosthetic/orthotic products, medical terminology, and patient needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Strong ethical standards and empathy for patients with mobility challenges.
