Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers) in Bali to promote prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and medical education sessions for healthcare professionals to highlight the benefits and proper use of assistive devices.
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate prosthetic or orthotic products tailored to their mobility requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development and improvement.
- Manage order processing, delivery logistics, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent PT. Orthocare Indonesia at medical conferences, trade shows, and community events to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in prosthetic/orthotic products, healthcare equipment, or rehabilitation services.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and the clinical applications of assistive devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships in a B2B healthcare environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
