Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Participate in health promotion programs and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; active nursing license (STR) required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic medical equipment (e.g., IV insertion, wound care, vital sign monitoring).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
