Responsibility
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patientsâ vital signs, fluid balance, and laboratory results before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Educate patients and families on kidney disease management, dietary restrictions, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient progress, treatment details, and adverse reactions in electronic health records (EHR) accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to develop personalized care plans for each patient.
- Respond to emergency situations (e.g., hypotension, cramping) with appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to infection control policies to prevent complications such as sepsis or access-site infections.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or renal care; fresh graduates with strong clinical foundations may be considered.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (e.g., CNN or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to communicate with international patients.
- Familiarity with dialysis machines (e.g., Fresenius, Baxter) and EHR systems.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends/holidays) as needed.
