Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Provide expert consultations to medical professionals and patients on prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure proper usage and benefits of assistive devices.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product features in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Familiarity with prosthetic and orthotic products is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
