Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial client engagement to final submission.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a proposal library, including templates, case studies, and client testimonials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
- Ensure all proposals comply with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns during the bidding process.
- Track proposal outcomes and provide feedback to improve future submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, sales, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Experience in the oil & gas, marine, offshore, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
