Responsibility
- Develop technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals, tenders, and bids in response to client RFPs/RFQs.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance teams to gather project requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure proposal viability and profitability.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and supporting documentation for submissions.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and present proposal solutions effectively.
- Maintain a database of past proposals and lessons learned to improve future submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client-specific guidelines.
- Participate in post-submission negotiations and contract finalization as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal engineering, bid management, or technical sales within the engineering/construction sector.
- Proven track record of successful proposal development and contract wins.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proposal management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar/Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
