As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling technical proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting project planning from inception to execution. Your expertise will drive the success of our projects, ensuring functional reliability and client satisfaction.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of $3,000 – $4,200 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Develop and prepare comprehensive technical proposals and tender documents for M&E projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to verify functional reliability and performance.
- Assist in project planning, including timeline development, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Review and analyze tender requirements to identify key technical and commercial considerations.
- Provide technical support during client presentations and negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices in M&E engineering.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, or a similar role in the M&E sector.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and persuasive proposals.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to M&E systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
