Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems, HVAC, and energy management solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Document service activities, including reports, logs, and customer feedback, to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support on-site service calls and provide technical assistance to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in building automation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, or control systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or assignments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles (if required).
