Responsibility
- Prepare detailed civil drafting documentation for land development and built form projects using Civil 3D and 12D software
- Produce accurate drawings from design models, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to align drafting work with design intent and regulatory requirements
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and site conditions
- Ensure all documentation adheres to Australian construction standards and local regulations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and drafting records
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations related to civil drafting
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in civil drafting
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil drafting for land development or built form projects
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and 12D software; experience with AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with local Indonesian regulations and standards is advantageous
