Responsibility
- Install, commission, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machine tools to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machinery, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice on machine operation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Conduct on-site and remote technical support, including training for customers and internal teams on CNC machine operation and best practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and industry trends to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machine tools, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) and proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for on-site service and training as required.
- Certifications in CNC machinery or related fields (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) are a plus.
