Responsibility
- Develop and refine technical proposals for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system design for solar, wind, or other renewable energy applications in the APAC market.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to create competitive bids and value propositions.
- Provide technical expertise during client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Optimize energy solutions using simulation software and data analysis to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, incentives, and emerging technologies in renewable energy across APAC.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance certificates.
- Support post-sales activities, including commissioning, troubleshooting, and client training.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, application engineering, or renewable energy project development.
- Proven track record in designing and proposing solar PV, wind, or hybrid energy systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, HOMER, or similar engineering and simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Deep understanding of APAC energy markets, regulations, and grid integration standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Certifications in renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP, GWO) are highly advantageous.
