We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Executive with a proven track record in high-end property sales to drive our next phase of growth.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of selling our meticulously designed villas, condominiums, and land parcels to discerning local and international clients. Your expertise in property sales, combined with your deep understanding of Bali’s real estate market, will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for luxury residential properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, investors, and real estate agents.
- Organize and lead property viewings, presentations, and open houses to showcase Green Park Group’s developments.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral, including brochures, digital content, and virtual tours.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in property sales, preferably with a large developer or luxury real estate firm in Indonesia.
- Strong network and existing client base in Bali’s real estate market (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of property valuation, financing options, and legal processes for real estate transactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance, charismatic personality, and ability to build trust with high-end clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
