As a Mitra Sales (Property Partner), you will drive sales for premium residential projects, leveraging your networking and negotiation skills to close deals. Your mission is to identify potential buyers, nurture relationships, and guide clients through a seamless purchasing experience—from initial inquiry to final transaction.

Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and present features, benefits, and investment potential to clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through social media, open houses, and advertising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, contracts, and documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market and local regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales software is advantageous.
