Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and present features, benefits, and investment potential to clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to close deals efficiently and profitably.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Baliās real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Chinese, are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Baliās property market and key locations (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak) is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, social media) and familiarity with real estate software are a plus.
