Responsibility
- Identify and acquire high-value property listings in Bali’s premium markets.
- Conduct professional property viewings and negotiations for buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, including expats, investors, and local buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Indonesian real estate.
- Create compelling marketing materials (photos, videos, descriptions) to showcase properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth transactions from inquiry to closing.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate secure and efficient property deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize earnings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or real estate experience (preferred but not mandatory—training provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market is a plus.
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally for client meetings.
