Responsibility
- Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels, including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property recommendations.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, including documentation, contract preparation, and coordination with legal and financial teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property valuations to provide accurate and competitive pricing advice.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including promotional campaigns and open house events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Bali or similar high-demand locations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
