Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate property sales records, contracts, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, market analyses, and performance metrics.
- Handle inquiries from potential buyers, providing professional and timely responses.
- Assist in organizing property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Process and track payments, commissions, and financial documentation related to property sales.
- Update and manage property listings across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Bali’s property market is a plus.
