Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple retail locations in Bali, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, performance reviews, and mentorship.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
- Collaborate with retail management to align maintenance activities with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory of spare parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams and third-party contractors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems in commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and budgeting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
