Responsibility
- Oversee daily property and leasing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive rental pricing and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure all assets meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote property listings.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budget forecasts, expense tracking, and revenue analysis.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property management operations.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and contracts with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
- Proven track record in tenant relations, lease administration, and property marketing.
- Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and market trends in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
