Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property aesthetics and functionality.
- Supervise on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and technical teams, to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement cost-effective budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Liaise with tenants, owners, and vendors to address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify risks, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards.
- Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Prepare detailed reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and operational metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or property management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts effectively.
