As the Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of high-end condominium complexes. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and service providers to deliver an unparalleled living experience while maximizing property value and operational efficiency. Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury condominium complexes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property aesthetics and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and service providers to address concerns, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure cost-effective property management.
- Supervise on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, to ensure high service standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in condominium or property management, preferably in luxury residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management tools.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
