Responsibility
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize property value and ROI.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Negotiate and renew lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, financials, and tenant feedback to senior management.
- Resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to streamline operations and enhance asset performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tenancy management, asset management, or real estate operations (Senior Executive level may require 5+ years).
- Proven track record in lease negotiations, property valuation, and portfolio optimization.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and market dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
