Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and repair services for assigned properties.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Assign and track tasks using property management systems or tools to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and verify service quality.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Handle tenant or client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor performance for management review.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and compliance standards across all properties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management, facilities coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in using property management software or similar tools (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, or custom systems).
- Basic knowledge of maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
