Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of all company premises, including retail shops, offices, and storage facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage facility-related budgets, including cost estimation, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Develop and implement facility management procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Liaise with internal teams to address facility-related needs and support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or a similar role, preferably in retail or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols, safety standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and negotiating with service providers.
