Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead vendor and contractor negotiations, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facility-related services.
- Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage space planning, office layouts, and workplace design to support business growth and employee well-being.
- Oversee budget planning and expense tracking for facility operations, optimizing resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a multi-site or corporate environment.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight for facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, IBM Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
