Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep, renovations, and emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management, expenses, and tenant communications.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for property-related expenses, including cost estimates and vendor negotiations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing work orders, updating property databases, and generating performance reports.
- Support marketing efforts for vacant properties, including listings, viewings, and tenant screening.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, tenant relations, and lease agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends in Bali (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
