Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the upkeep of vital installations, facilities, equipment, and common areas to maintain optimal functionality and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage tenant and owner communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of property assets.
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all managed properties, including fire safety, electrical, and structural integrity checks.
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures for management review.
- Collaborate with the property management team to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, facility maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in luxury real estate.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven vendor management and negotiation skills to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing property-related issues.
