Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and conflict resolution to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property standards and enhance asset value.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking to optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality property services.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including digital and traditional outreach.
- Lead and mentor on-site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record in tenant relations, lease management, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management, and local real estate laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in property management is a plus.
