Responsibility
- Verify and double-check Statements of Accounts for residential and commercial units to ensure accuracy.
- Manage tenant billing, rent collection, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property portfolios.
- Monitor property expenses, budgets, and cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Assist in lease administration, including renewals, terminations, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with accounting teams to reconcile property-related transactions.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and property documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, property management software, and accounting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and owner interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and financial compliance (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
