Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of co-living properties, ensuring smooth tenant check-ins, check-outs, and stay experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and property upkeep.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximize property utilization and revenue.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new tenants, including property listings and social media promotion.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection, expense tracking, and budget reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local tenancy laws and regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
