Join a rapidly growing property management team in Bali as a Property Maintenance Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, electrical wiring, water pumps, and sanitation systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install, test, and commission new MEP equipment as part of property upgrades or renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and service reports.
- Collaborate with property managers and contractors to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and building codes in all maintenance work.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff or assistants when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in property maintenance, MEP systems, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, pressure gauges).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting and team coordination.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel across Baliâs key locations.
