Responsibility
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, implementing effective repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory of spare parts, and service logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to resolve critical issues and restore functionality.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, General Affairs (GA) staff, or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with tools, testing devices, and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS) is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards (or equivalent local regulations).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical engineering) is preferred.
