Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles, motorcycles, or industrial machinery.
- Inspect equipment for defects, wear, or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and manual checks.
- Replace or repair damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs to clients or supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete repair tasks efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive/industrial technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanic (automotive, motorcycle, or industrial equipment).
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD scanners, multimeters).
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy equipment and work in various positions.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Certification from a vocational school or technical institute (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
