Responsibility
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote available properties and secure high-quality tenants.
- Coordinate and oversee routine building maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating smooth move-in/move-out processes.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial reports related to property expenses.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor property conditions and identify areas for improvement or renovation.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, fire safety standards, and health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
