Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute repairs, renovations, and upgrades efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Handle tenant or client inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and financial performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, LEED) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, tenants, and team members.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
