Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to key milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Bali region or willingness to relocate is an advantage.
