Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide support for special projects and facility upgrades as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
