Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain cleanroom environments, adhering to strict contamination control protocols and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of machinery to comply with safety and quality regulations.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories in detailed logs and reports.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new semiconductor equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and troubleshooting techniques for industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
